NOTE: A Caldeira of Faial Descent may be included. Those who are not sufficiently physically fit for this experience, will remain on the perimeter of the Caldeira. Please inform of any phyisical conditions or limitations.

►Delicious, wholesome meals with local tastes, recipes and ingredients - please inform of any dietary restrictions

►Private accommodation at the Banana Manor (the Local Accommodation where the Retreat will be hosted in Faial) - you will have your own individual room and access to the entire home and garden. And in S. Jorge the experience may have you lying in deep attunement with the Earth's rhythm, through camping. In this case, you will have your own tent provided for you in a safe and nurturing environment where nature abounds. The accommodation may, however, be otherwise. This is to be defined closer to the Retreat dates.

Travel to Faial is not included.

NOTE: Please bring clothing adequate for rain and also hiking shoes, as we will be out in nature whether it rains or shines and on the islands, the weather can be whimsical

Definitely bring bathing suit and snorkeling gear. There will be plenty of opportunities to experience the ocean.
