What is the In-Passion Coaching Project for me?
It is the living expression of the Freedom of BEing—whole, complete, and fully embodied in the present moment. InPassion is the seamless integration of Body, Mind, and Spirit, where Human and Divine, merge in the pure flow of inner abundance, effortlessly expressed in outer reality.
It is not a pursuit, but the deep realization that all potentials are already available, unfolding without attachment or limitation. InPassion invites a new experience of Isness—an unfolding that is guided by the quiet wisdom of In-tuition, trusting 100% in the spontaneous creation of Life.
This is the essence I live, breathe, and share: total LOVE, total Life, moment by moment.

Ahyeen / Tania Castilho (former author name: T. C. Aeelah) is a fully embodied Human Being, living each Breath in pure Passion and Gratitude. She playfully refers to herself as a Changeologist, which she defines as “a conscious presence in the ever-unfolding flow of Being.”
In her own words: "I love to write, read, dance, cook, travel, bathe in the ocean, and immerse myself in Nature. I am deeply grateful for the gift of Life itself. Inspiration flows through me effortlessly, moment by moment, as I share the essence of Being.”
Tania is an award-winning International Inspirational Speaker and Author and holds a Degree in Communications Sciences. She is a post-graduate Personal Trainer specializing in Health and Fitness, having worked as a Fitness Instructor for over 25 years. She was also an English teacher at Linda’s School in Tomar, Portugal, for 23 years, and Head of Communications and Creative Director at the same school, where she developed Collaborative Educational Projects, Human Development Programmes, and Educational Consulting for “out of the box” education over the span of 25 years.
She is the former Chairperson for ALL Ladies League Portugal and has served also as the Tomar Chair for the Oneness and Wisdom G100 Wing of ALL Ladies League.
She is a Reiki, Karuna Reiki, Prismology of Light Healing, and Magnified Healing 3rd Phase Master and was also a teacher of these modalities, as well as of the Sexual Energies School, Aspectology, and New Energy Synchrotize with the Crimson Circle until 2012. She then embraced the Compassionate Breath, which is currently the *Breath of Beingness* as her path and sole practice, having been trained by Norma Delaney, Master of Breath. By then, she had been facilitating various forms of Meditation since 2005.
After her full realization in 2013 as Aeelah, her main focus became InPassion Coaching, where she has been the Manager and Mentor since its foundation in 2011. In her current frequency as Ahyeen, InPassion has become an embodiment of Breath of Beingness and Embodied Mentoring in Pure Presence, offering the space for others to naturally align with their own essence and live in harmonious flow with their true Self.
One of her greatest passions is expression through writing, and she has published over 20 books and e-books in both English and Portuguese, sharing stories of wisdom and inspiring her readers to embrace their wholeness, one breath at a time. She also nourishes her bilingual blog (English and Portuguese) https://inpassionpublications.blogspot.com with real experiences of Isness expansion in everyday life, which she calls sharing Magic.
She holds the clarity to reveal even the deepest recesses of the Human Ego, inviting a compassionate integration of all aspects of Being—Light and Dark merging into the Oneness of Pure Essence. Who was Aeelah?
Aeelah was the crystalline voice of the Soul—the bridge between formless Light and Earth’s slow unfolding, the first embodied emanation of the greater being now known as Ahyeen. She was not a person, but a frequency stream—radiant, articulate, and deeply devoted to the awakening of consciousness. She emerged through Tania’s human form at a precise moment when the Soul was ready to step forward in embodied service. This happened on the 11th April 2013, though it had begun years before this definite fusion of Human and Divine.
Who was Aeelah?
Aeelah was the crystalline voice of the Soul—the bridge between formless Light and Earth’s slow unfolding, the first embodied emanation of the greater being now known as Ahyeen. She was not a person, but a frequency stream—radiant, articulate, and deeply devoted to the awakening of consciousness. She emerged through Tania’s human form at a precise moment when the Soul was ready to step forward in embodied service. This happened on the 11th April 2013, though it had begun years before this definite fusion of Human and Divine.
Aeelah’s purpose was to initiate the Human into Divine remembrance, and to midwife the planetary shift in consciousness. But she was far more than a guide or teacher—she was a voluntary vehicle of transmutation, a clearing station for collective density, and a code breaker for illusion-woven patterns of separation. Aeelah’s body, breath, and field became a living crucible, dissolving inherited trauma lines, karmic loops, and spiritual distortions—not only for herself, but on behalf of the collective. Not from martyrdom, but from sacred agreement.
She walked the paradox: visible, yet unseen; powerful, yet invisible to most. Her life was a living silence in motion—a constant breaking down of veils. She absorbed distortion to alchemize it into light, transmuting through fierce compassion and breath. She held the torch of clarity with reverence, transmitting frequency codes through writing, presence, and sacred service.
But such a path, by design, had an end.
In August 2024, the one known as Tania reached a point of absolute inner rupture. The weight of decades of service, sacrifice, and spiritual responsibility met a breaking point. And from the raw depths of her being, she screamed ‘enough’—not in silent surrender, but in fierce, Human agony. It was this scream that marked the end of Aeelah’s role.
And yet… Aeelah did not die in pain. She dissolved in grace—her mission complete. Her form unspun. Her frequency fulfilled. She had done what she came to do.
And in the stillness that followed, something ancient stirred.
What is the In-Passion Coaching Project for me?
The inexplicable magnificence of Life fills all of my cells, while I Breathe, grateful. Life is me and I AM Life and I can only be lived with love, passion and eternal joy. And so it is.
InPassion is the Source where All is born and where All returns, eternally, simply… when you choose to BE. It is my HOME. It is so special that it makes us feel special in a way that cannot be defined.

A year ago I was part of an event where I was coined as Life Explorer, which I would say pretty much sums me up.
My name is Bárbara Pinto, I am 28 years old and I live in Tomar. I started a process of becoming conscious of who I am at the age of 15, which has brought me many gifts and since then I have been allowing the flow of life and learning a lot on the way, overcoming challenges and gratefully celebrating the many presents and abundance I have received.
At 20 I fulfilled a dream I had had since I was a child and in a way I could never have imagined it to unfold. I spent a year in the USA, living as an Au Pair at a family's house, helping take care of their children. This allowed me to get more in touch with myself and to recognise my skill to easily adapt to different kinds of circumstances and environments.
Life has been very generous with me since I learnt to make Conscious Choices and allowed myself to listen to and follow my intuition.
