Live Retreat Day One

We begin with a four-hour immersive experience incorporating movement, breath, presence, consciousness exploration, energetic clearing, embodiment, reflection and open conversation.

Whenever possible, we invite you to dedicate the entire meeting day, before and after our time together, to yourself - stepping away from the usual demands and distractions and giving yourself space to simply be, experience, expand, and integrate. If possible, the entire weekend dedicated to yourself would be... awesome

🗓️ OCTOBER 18–30

Integration & Ongoing Support

You return to your life with energetic and practical tools for integration.

You notice. You experience. You integrate.

What's changing? What's surfacing? What are you ready to release, embody or express differently?

This space between our live gatherings is intentionally part of the retreat experience. You'll have additional resources and energetic support to help you stay connected to what's unfolding. (See free gifts)

Live Retreat Day Two

12:00 PM–4:00 PM Central Time | Live Online (6:00 PM - 10:00 PM GMT+0)

We come back together two weeks later to deepen the experience, deepening what has shifted, illuminating what has surfaced, and allowing what is ready to open next. Our retreat has a strong container without a rigid formula, leaving plenty of room for the experience to meet the group exactly where it is.

Private Integration & Mentoring Session

Following our second retreat day, you'll meet privately with both Cathy and Tania for an individual mentoring session focused entirely on you. We'll explore your experience, support your integration, what you're discovering and where you're ready to expand from here.

Your private session will be scheduled between November 1–14, 2026.
